Great mattress and great pillows.
I found a fork under the curtain. Not cleaned thoroughly.
I really enjoy staying at this Marriott. I am a frequent visitor and have never had a bad experience, sometimes the hotel staff
is too rushed, but the rooms are always comfy.

Very comfortable, fluffy pillows are the best part of a really nice hotel.
The hot tub was too hot and the pool was too cold.
Great experience! Easy to get to from the freeway. Even the parking garage was very clean and safe feeling.

Clean rooms and very comfortable bed.
Meal selection in the restaurant was sparse.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and
excellent facilities. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Close to a lot of shopping. The parking garage was also very nice to have.

No complimentary breakfast.
Located in downtown Provo, luxurious furniture, room was able to be darkened enough for sleep. Quiet, well insulated rooms, preventing sounds from other rooms or elevators. No mini fridge. Hotel has a restaurant and lounge. Iron and ironing board in closet.

Free, covered parking; pool & gym.
Rooms unavailable with two queen beds; no dining nearby.
We have stayed at this hotel three or four times now. While the rooms have been pretty clean and comfortable, they are cramped at just full beds instead of queens for four people. On the plus side, at least there is no charge for parking.
