There is no free parking available (the Windham has free parking).

The staff was friendly, the restaurant gave us free hot cocoa packets, and the fireplace was nice.
The double beds are not very big - queen would have been better.

Nice hotel conveniently across the street from the convention center. The shuttle was excellent - even took us to find food that the driver recommended, then picked us up afterward.

The rooms were cozy and the bed was very comfortable. When I think of this hotel I think of luxury. Location was perfect.
I didn't like being charged $25 for incidentals I didn't use, which is what they do, then credit it back a few days later.

Elegant decoration. Friendly service.
Card keys are not dependable. Had to wait several times to change keys.

It is beautifully decorated hotel with friendly service and clean facilities. But there are not many things to look around nearby.
