Beautiful hotel.
No smoking allowed anywhere.
The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location however
I will not be staying at Marriott ever again due to it being a non-smoking hotel.

Room was very nice sized, just right for over night.
No complimentary breakfast, pay for parking.
Very nice decor and very quiet. We were there for just one night so did not get a chance to check-out gym or pool.

Bed - comfort.
No sleep until 3:00 AM! - parties/teens in adjacent rooms to me.
The hotel was great. Allowing young adults/teens to stay in an upscale hotel to party is not acceptable. Multiple rooms around me were filled with young adults laughing, slamming doors, loud talk, partying, running through the hall, etc. I finally called the front desk at 12:30 AM to complain. The noise stopped for 15 minutes, but was going strong again before 1:00 AM. Finally at 3:00 AM I requested to be moved. I had to get up by 6:00 AM for business - needless to say, I had a poor day the following day due to lack of sleep and stressful business demands! read more

Even though it wasn't a suite it had a couch with a pull out bed that was perfect for my kids.
None of the front desk staff was very friendly.
The building is old and old looking but they've done a good job of trying to keep it nice on the inside and up to date. The hotel staff in general were pretty nice but for some reason all the front desk staff I encountered acted like they were doing me a favor by speaking to me instead of a job required service that I paid money for.

Great location. The bed was great!
Even though we had to pay for parking, for the price we paid for the room it was well worth it. There was no coffee in the room but they had Starbucks available in the restaurant which made me happy.
