The design of the hotel and the concierge were in the elite level.
The size of the room and the fact that it didn't have a refrigerator.
I found out there was a special rate for Army Reservists with my unit because we were having a conference and I spoke with someone from the Marriot hotline and they said they could adjust the rate once I got there. Once I got to the hotel the staff said they could not changed the rate It seems like there was a communication error and someone was misinformed. I just wish I would of known that in the beginning. read more

Quiet and clean.
Used coffee/filter in coffee maker.
The dirty coffee maker didn't bother me. What did was the hotel trying to nickel and dime me with internet. I would have to pay for by the day and bottled water that I would be charged for (2 bottles for $3.50) if I would have opened it without reading the cardboard on the neck. I found myself checking the coffee, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to see if I could afford it.

I loved everything about this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I travel every week for work and I was extremely impressed with this hotel and their staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the SLC area.

The room was a little small, but beautiful. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the setting was probably the prettiest in SLC.
I don't think that the AC was working so it made for very hot night, but if that had been working the stay would have been perfect.
THe hotel is clean and immaculately decorated. the room was a little small, but the bed was super comfy. The AC was not working properly, so our sleep was extrememly warm, but other then that it was great. We would stay there again. It is a hidden oasis in SLC.

The maids did not smile; my son left his $160 cash on top of the entertainment center; the maid did not turn it back. in; front desk had no news of it.
Hotel, front desk staff, room, environment - all beautiful; no problem with anything but the money left on the entertainment; $10 tip was left on the laptop desk but the money left by 12 year although it was mistakenly left, I felt it should have been turned back in.

Treated you like royalty.
The spa was very cold.
The hotel was very friendly and clean. The staff was great. I wish it was a little closer to down town. The only issue we had was with the spa. It was cold, we spoke to the front desk she called someone very quick. It was not fixed before we checked out.
