Friends stayed in room next to the elevator, too much noise.

Hotel overall, was great. It was very clean and nice. It met our expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Location.
"Pool view" room was actually room overlooking pool AND very noisy weight room which was open 24 hours per day. Thus, our room was very loud.

7th floor pool was not too impressive.

This was a great hotel right on the far end of the Riverwalk. The views from the Western side of the property are great from the balcony.

The lobby and attendants were excellent.
Bathroom was in need of work.

The bartenders were not attentive at all and spent more time talking to the regulars than serving everyone.

Elevators were not working the first day.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
