Marriott San Antonio Plaza

The room was clean. The staff were excellent.. There were a couple in the hot tub making out which prevented my granddaughter and
I from using it. This couple stayed in the tub most of the evening and night. This also prevented us from using the pool and even sitting on the deck.

This is a very clean, pleasant place to stay. We have stayed here a few times and have found it to be pleasant overall.

We left 3 mens shirts in the closet and realized it 1 hour after we left. We called and spoke to manager. She took my room number, name, phone number and address and told me that she would mail the shirts to our address and would call us if there were any problems. On Sept 7,when a week had passed and we had not received the shirts, I called and again spoke to manager and she would have manager of housekeeping return my call. I called again on 9/15, twice on 9/16, 9/17 and 9/18. I left my phone number and email address. As of 10/26 I have not received any return calls or email from the manager - nor have I received the 3 shirts or any type of compensation from Marriott. read more

Hotel is clean and staff friendly, but if you want the riverwalk do not choose it.

Nice hotel about 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Older hotel but kept up.

This is OK. Not like most Marriott that we have stayed in. Too far from the riverwalk.
