Near the Riverwalk and RiverCenter Mall, this chainster feels like a "private hacienda", "even though it is not small"; among the pluses are "friendly" staffers, courtyard views, a year-round heated pool and up-to-date high-tech capabilities, while voters are less impressed with the Anaqua Grill's "passable" New American fare; overall, the verdict is "adequate", with a "great location" that "outweighs" its shortcomings.

Very poor breakfast service,
price to park.

A very nice 3 plus star hotel. I would definitely not rate it 4 star. I am pleased with the priceline deal I got however in past years when I have bid on Riverwalk hotels I actually got on the river walk and in truly four star hotels. The staff were wonderful other than poor breakfast service.

Beautiful, clean, location great and was staff friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean with friendly and helpful staff. Our only regret was that we had to leave!

The staff was courteous.
Dated decor in a poor location.

The staff was courteous. However, that could not overcome a dated decor. This hotel should have been renovated 20 years ago.
