I highly recommend this hotel. I had no trouble with valet parking like I had read in some of the other reviews. The only problem we had was it seemed like the AC wouldn't cool that well at night and it was the weekend of the San Antonio Fiesta. We weren't prepared to have so much trouble getting to the hotel due the road closures. The hotel is located in the heart of the festival! read more

Rooms small for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel, just that parking very tight and rooms were small for what you pay for. Clean and around everything.

In my overall stay at the Hotel the staff was very courtesy at the bar also.
I would defiantly tell family and friends about it.

Had a great time their at the hotel and everything was very convient to down town the staff was so nice to us. We will come back.

It was very comfortable and amenities were great.

Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. We had noisy neighbors so they switched us immediately no problem. They also accommodated us with a mini fridge that we asked for! We didn't use fitness center or pool. Food of room service was excellent.

$25 per night parking.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The bed was awesome, didn't want to get out of it most mornings! Stopped at Zago's for dinner one night, didn't find the menu that appealing but ordered appetizers which were good! We were surprised at how slow the restaurant was despite looking like a really nice place. Staff was friendly. I thought the hotel could promote room service better. The only menu in the room was for breakfast. read more
