Location of hotel.
Room facing highway - noisy! Small beds, small room.

Hotel has great location and friendly staff, but that's about it. They assigned me room facing road / highway (not the one with nice River center view) - could hear car stereos from 18th floor. The two double beds were small and worn. Room itself was small. I bet you can find yourself much better deal (with free Wi-Fi) in a clean 2-star hotel not far from center San-Antonio.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at on business. I even left a night early.

Poor business practices within the lower desk at this hotel. Unfriendly staff. Could not get fresh towels. Too expensive for what I received. Left this facility and moved to another hotel due to aggravation.

Attached to mall, wheelchair access to Riverwalk.
Parking fees high, though not uncommon in this area.

While by no means a bargain. The hotel met our needs for wheelchair access to Riverwalk, access to the Alamo, and the convenience of the attached mall. Room was fine.

If you drive a BMW, Cadillac or Lexus you might do OK. But they look down on people driving Dodge, Fords and Chevs.

Overall we would stay again, the location and Mall, River walk, Alamo and so much more surrounds this hotel.
