Attached to mall, wheelchair access to Riverwalk.
Parking fees high, though not uncommon in this area.

While by no means a bargain. The hotel met our needs for wheelchair access to Riverwalk, access to the Alamo, and the convenience of the attached mall. Room was fine.

We asked for a rollaway bed and it was brought to us immediately. The staff also brought us extra soap when it was requested. I appreciate that.
The rooms are small.

This modern hotel is located right off the Riverwalk. It is attached to the River Center shopping center. This is all very convenient. The views out of the hotel rooms are beautiful. The hotel itself is modern and sleek, yet very warm and inviting.

Two double beds instead of queens.

Very clean and well located hotel for a family visit to San Antonio, especially since it sits on the Riverwalk and is connected to the Rivercenter Mall.

Beautiful, recently refreshed interiors. However, on the busiest week of the year (San Antonio at Spring Break) they only had one bellman for 1,000 rooms. Wonderful hotel, service below Marriott standards and expectations.

Poor room amenities.

The location is great; the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The room was very dissapointing; no wireless internet, no refrigerator. For them most part my stay was ok, but I'd rather stay at a different hotel next time I visit San Antonio.

Location was great, staff was very professional.
The rooms smelled of mold, we were moved 3 times, still moldy. No amenities in room.

The location was great, connected to mall on Riverwalk. Newer location on Riverwalk. Missed some of the charm. All of the rooms smelled heavily of mold, we were moved 3 times and couldn't get away from it. There were no basic amenities in the room. No fridge, no coffee, etc. There was a beautiful LCD TV in the room.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was small with an odd closet.

Enjoyed the hotel. There were a couple of conventions there which made it a little noisy and crowded in the lobby and elevator. Would stay there again.
