Appreciate that they have non-smoking rooms and chemical-free as well. Needed to ask for extra blankets.

Great bed and Hi Def TV!
Parking and WiFi Fees.

Upscale and clean, great beds and Hi Def TVs, but 12.95 per day for internet access in your room, plus $18.00 per day to park is a bit much, especially at the price they normally charge for a room.

I was with my husband and we had a nice time on our short weekend trip. Gym was nice -clean ,well-lighted.

The comfortable beds and pillows, the view, friendliness of all staff members, the hot warm apple cider and the Starbucks in the lobby.
Microwave hazard ordeal.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel was great, but the price as indicated and bid on is misleading. When I arrived I found I had to pay $18.00 per day for parking!

You have to pay extra for parking.

Not service oriented. We had to pay extra for the parking and being next to the airport (not downtown SF) we were not expecting it. You also have to pay extra for internet connection. Our room was connected to another one by a door and the people in the other room were really noisy and started at 7 am.
