No free coffee in lobby.
Very nice location and excellent view from 32nd floor. Comfortable beds, nice TV and room amenities.

Lovely, it was big and lots of people and rooms there, but everyone was accommodated, staff was fabulous, room was big and had beautiful views.

The staff and service in the hotel were first rate - I could not believe how great they were.
The hotel room was less clean than I was used to for the Marriott. Our room may have been unused for a while before us.

Lobby was spacious, nice gym,
and comfortable beds.
Bathroom shower made loud noise, room was a little noisy.
A friend and I were in the city to see a play at the Orpheum Theater. The Marriott was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs to work on their plumbing because shower when turn to warm was loud.

Loved the location - close to BART, shopping and Downtown Union Square.
It would be nice if bottled water were provided as a courtesy instead of at $4.00 per bottle.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, both upon check in and the room service staff. I loved that a Starbucks was in the lobby of the hotel. I was not impressed with the food we ordered from room service, although service was prompt and courteous.
