Friendly, helpful capable staff in a spotless, attractive and delightfully convenient setting.
Parking is expensive.
We always have a wonderful time in San Francisco. To be able to walk out and be where we want to go and able to start the fun instantly is great!

Was clean and a great location for Fishermans wharf.
Very noisy!
Was in a great location to go to Fishermans wharf and to catch the F train and cable cars. The room was small and the bed was comfy but there was a lot of street noise and hallway noise. It has been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel that was this noisy!

Staff was friendly and
clean. Location.
The parking fee of $45 + tax.
Hotel staff was friendly & professional, room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom a bit small. We heard a lot of street noise from where our room was located, could hear adjacent room, kids running up and down the hall at 2am. Lobby was attractive and clean. Did not use restaurant area. Location was perfect, everything was in waling distance and we used the cable car to go downtown. read more

The ambiance of the room was beautiful and comfortable.
Parking at the hotel is $50 / night.
The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. Located close to Fisherman's Wharf, the hotel is also walking distance from North Beach. Although parking was expensive, it was come and go so that made it worth it compared to other parking lots nearby.

Location to Fisherman's Wharf.
Excessively high ($45) nightly parking that wasn't disclosed.
This hotel is perfectly located for access to all Fisherman's Wharf attractions and is a short walk away from the great restaurants in North Beach.
