We knew our stay was going to be lovely when the person who checked us in gave us a 20th floor room with a great view.
Liked everything.

Well-staffed, well-located, luxurious bed, fantastic panoramic views from our 20th story corner room, very friendly and helpful staff.

Musty smell in room.

The Marriott is in a great location across from Moscone Center, adjacent to shopping on Market Street, and close to the Financial Center. It is a huge hotel however and very impersonal. My room was large but it was clearly mostly a meeting room, as it only had a pull down wall bed. It had a bit of a stale odor.

Parking for one night was $60!

I would never stay here again because of the parking. There was not street parking, so we got ripped off and taken advantage of at the hotel.

No free coffee in lobby.

Very nice location and excellent view from 32nd floor. Comfortable beds, nice TV and room amenities.

Clean and
centrally located.
Parking was $56 / night and valet expected a tip on top of that! Traffic outside was complete gridlock.

Nice hotel, centrally located, clean room, clean pool area, and quite busy on a Friday night.

Lovely, it was big and lots of people and rooms there, but everyone was accommodated, staff was fabulous, room was big and had beautiful views.
