Loved the location - close to BART, shopping and Downtown Union Square.
It would be nice if bottled water were provided as a courtesy instead of at $4.00 per bottle.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, both upon check in and the room service staff. I loved that a Starbucks was in the lobby of the hotel. I was not impressed with the food we ordered from room service, although service was prompt and courteous.

Many incidental charges such as computer usage were waived by the staff.
Hard to think of anything specific except the prices at the Starbucks in the lobby.
From the doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, all were courteous and professional and always had the answers you were seeking. The concierge desk was particularly helpful as was the housekeeping staff.

Fantastic location - shopping, restaurants and public transportation VERY close.
Room decor was a little bit dated.
Fantastic location and comfortable, though a bit dated room. Long maze-like corridors were a bit confusing and always seemed to be cluttered with housekeeping carts, supplies, etc. Attentive friendly staff.

Clean, quiet and nicely appointed.
I had problems with my internet connection and was charged even though I couldn't use it.

Location, room, cleanliness, services.
$55.86 per night for parking.
It's a Marriott in typical Marriott quality. It definitely lives up to the highest business traveler standard, with what you would expect from a major tourist and business traveler destination. Very fine hotel. Parking costs too much.

Great hotel. We were given a nice suite with great view but it was a handicapped suite so
it wasn't too big on the bathroom layout. Nice gesture though.
Cleaners come around just a bit too early. I keep forgetting to put the DND sign outside.
Overall a good experience and I would recommended Marriott and Priceline to anyone.

Great location near an all night diner, close to Powell Street BART, close to Powell St Cable Car, Close to all shopping.
The Downtown Marriott was everything we needed. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, flat screen TV. Close to everything. Safe area. Room was quiet with windows closed. Great value for the price paid with Priceline bid.
