The 39th Floor Restaurant/Bar views of San Francisco.
This is a beautiful hotel across the street from the Moscone Convention Center and Yerba Buena Park and one block from The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The rooms and views are fantastic.

We were on 10 th floor. The windows were so filthy that we could not see out.
The hotel was not a 4 star hotel. Mini bar was a joke. Lighting in the room was poor. Bathrooms had no towel hooks, or bathrobes.

Great location, right in the middle of San Francisco for shopping, the ballpark, union square and the waterfront. Have stayed here before and always had a great time.

Staff was excellent.
Valet parking was abandoned when I arrived.
Very efficient staff and organization. Easy place to be. Valet Parking staff always had the car ready when I needed it. Great view; dirty windows.

We were greeted immediately by friendly help, fast check in, beautiful room, great beds beautiful 39th floor bar ever thing was great.
Can't think of any.
We had a great experience at this hotel! Can't ell you how nice, friendly, and helpful all the staff were to us. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We loved the bed and the great little pillows they have. Great bar on the 39th floor, what a view.

I liked the spacious, attractive rooms and the swimming pool.
Trying to find your room is like going through a maze.
We were given a suite for my family and it was spacious, lovely, well appointed and quiet. The staff was very polite and nice. We all loved the swimming pool/hot tub. Very happy occasion.

Staff friendly, accommodating, rooms clean, beds great.
Business district, difficult to get to in busy S.F./parking expensive.
The hotel was immaculate, staff friendly. Asked for roll a way, they did not charge extra. Helpful in many ways. Traffic area difficult to get to many one way streets. Also parking is expensive, $50.00 a night.
