The staff.
Room not cleaned and shower water didn't drain.

$18 per night to Valet or $9 to self park. Shower water didn't drain from tub, and my room was not cleaned.

$18 for valet, $9 for self parking. Shower water didn't drain from tub, and after the first night our room was not cleaned, and they didn't know why, but after the second night they came in and cleaned it.

Not near family necessities (i.e. entertainment, shopping, etc.)

This is a great hotel, I stayed here years ago and it has only gotten better, I loved it!

New England Pats staying at same hotel.
$9 add on for parking for 1 night.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay choose an other hotel if you have teh choce the last time I was in the area and choose a 2 star hotel that was nicer and cheaper than this 3 star. No free breakfast and charged for parking are the reasons that I would not stay here again.

Long walk from parking lot.

This is a terrific hotel. The rooms are nice-big, nice work area, flat screen TV. The hotel has guest laundry. The only drawback- a long walk from the parking lot.
