Ice machines were not self-service on alternate floors as the directory indicated.

This is a great hotel. You will not find a better location. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and accomodating. The elevators do take several minutes to arrive and are usually full when the doors open. Be prepared to wait for the next one to arrive.

The hotel's location is great as well as the entire staff. Very nice restaurants and the cafe outside is the place to be seeing.

Size of rooms could be a bit bigger.

Fantastic service, very nice rooms and an excellent location in the center of Singapore's business district. The second time we stayed it has become our home in Singapore.

Location and restaurants.
Room is white in total which is makes me feel like I'm in a hospital.

Good although very expensive. Next time I'll stay at Grand Hyatt which is next to Marriott.
