Beds were great, linens very attractive.
Parking fees $14, parking garage deserted, entrance to hotel not clearly marked.

Lobby attractive, nice view from room, mainly disappointed in the $14 parking charge, perhaps that should be waived as the garage was empty. Wish the parking lot attendant was closer to the actual parking area and elevator.

We needed an earlier check in time and they didn't hesitate to accommodate.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was great. We had a family that needed last minute reservations and that was taken care of with no problem.

Parking fee but it is standard in cities.

We always have a great stay at the Springfield Marriot via priceline. We head out there often to visit family/friends and have never been disappointed with our room accomodations and overall stay.

Swimming pool was
not well kept up.

Good hotel in a bad city. Sports bar not hockey friendly on the night of a Stanley Cup Final game 7. Swimming pool was not well kept up/old, hot tub had a layer of what seemed to be skin flakes floating on it.

It was very quiet, I felt like I was the only guest.
Check in woman spoke very fast and was a bit impatient and curt.

This hotel was very refined and quiet. There was a wedding, reception in the hotel and I was never disturbed by crowds or noise. The housekeeping staff was invisible, therefore quiet, which I appreciated. The food and drink in the restaurant was excellent although expensive. The bartender and waitresses were very friendly and accommodating.
