Very convenient to many things, liked the fact that it was attached to a mini mall.
Parking situation, very expensive.

The hotel is situated in downtown Springfield and very close to the basketball hall of fame. As a result it is an ideal place for short weekend get aways. The people working at the hotel were very nice and helpful and there was a good level of professionalism. The one drawback is the parking situation, aside from the parking lot they offer there is no place to park, and the garage they offer is extremely expensive (15 dollars or more a night). Overall I would give this hotel a four star rating. read more

This is a great hotel to stay at. I was on a business trip and was able to bring my wife and son. They were able to watch great television shows and enjoy relaxing as well.

Our waitress was excellent.
Our bathroom was tiny.

The Marriott is in an excellent location. It is attractive and super clean. The buffet at breakfast is excellent with fresh waffles and omelets.

The beds were dreamy-and atmosphere was quiet.
I didn't like I was charged $15 to park my car.

Staff was great and friendly. I ordered room service-it took slightly longer than promised but was really good. The room was very clean and the beds had down toppers on-pillows were plumped up airy and fresh.
