Very convenient to many things, liked the fact that it was attached to a mini mall.
Parking situation, very expensive.

The hotel is situated in downtown Springfield and very close to the basketball hall of fame. As a result it is an ideal place for short weekend get aways. The people working at the hotel were very nice and helpful and there was a good level of professionalism. The one drawback is the parking situation, aside from the parking lot they offer there is no place to park, and the garage they offer is extremely expensive (15 dollars or more a night). Overall I would give this hotel a four star rating. read more

Had to pay for parking. $14. per day.

Very happy with our stay. All was perfect. Kids loved the pool and the hotel had a public coin operated washer/dryer for guests.

did not provides us with bellhop to assist us with our lugagge,placed in public parking instead of onsite parking

i would try a different hotel when i return to this area again with my family

The beds are like sleeping on a cloud.
Room service prices are kind of
high and bathroom was the size of a closet.

My family and I stayed here while we visited Six Flags and the Dr. Seuss memorial. The hotel was located close to both. They charge for parking in their garage for guests $14 a day.

Staff very friendly, nice building and easy access to the mall.
We liked everything about this hotel.

Although a priceline listing, this hotel did meet all of our needs and expectations of the 3 1/2 star rating it was listed with. Friendly staff, large and nice rooms with clean bathrooms and mini refrigerator. Being connected to a mall allowed for other food choices. It has a very nice fitness center.

Very comfortable, very stylish, we felt at home, beds were very comfortable, the room had a refrigerator.
The room did not have a microwave oven. Coffee, the room had it but not enough.

If you like comfort and style you will love this hotel. Room service is pricey but very good and generous.
