Beds were great, linens very attractive.
Parking fees $14, parking garage deserted, entrance to hotel not clearly marked.

Lobby attractive, nice view from room, mainly disappointed in the $14 parking charge, perhaps that should be waived as the garage was empty. Wish the parking lot attendant was closer to the actual parking area and elevator.

We were warmly welcomed at registration by very friendly staff.
I thought that parking should have been included in daily rate.

Hotel was friendly, comfortable, and well-located. My room had a wonderful view of the Connecticut River. I would stay there again.

Toilet would not flush completely two tries did not fix it.

This is a large city hotel with all of the amenities. The room was fine, and the staff really tried to help. However, the toilet did not flush completely, and two tries failed to fix it.
