The hotel staff was accommodating and personable on all accounts - front desk, bar and poolside, which made me feel taken care of even though I didn't have any major requests or hassles while at the hotel.

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel is much nicer than the Sheraton across the road. The restaurant is great, and the rooms are proper suites (which was very nice with a baby sleeping in a pack-and-play in the living room). Nice high-definition flat screens too, with some channels in HD. The only minor con is that you have to cross the street to get to the beach, but it's an easy walk (low-traffic street) and frankly the sand is so wide that the percentage length this adds to the walk is pretty minor. ...

It was a very nice hotel if it was what one was looking for. Perhaps business travelers who needed a good night sleep and plenty of access to computer outlets.

The staff was amazing! We got in late and got lost on the way. The manager was able to find us a bottle of wine and let us get late check out the next.

Everything about this hotel said 3.5 stars except the room. Decor was blah, sheets and towels had suspicious hairs on them, there was a musty-type smell that got worse as the temperature rose we turned the air off during the day while we were out and was definitely not indicative of an upscale resort room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, food was great, pool/bar was awesome although there were so many lounge chairs they were all close together my kids loved the resident macaw parrot. ...
