Close to Circular Quay and excellent concierge services.
Room was smaller than expected.

Good hotel for families, but not at all romantic or luxury chic. All amenities are of good quality, clean and what you would expect from a top end Marriott and more for business travelers. The location is great-- close to the Circular Quay and plenty of restaurants, cafes within a 10 minute walk. Also very easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The concierge services were top notch. read more

Airport shuttle service selected by concierge was terrible!

Everything was as expected. However, would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a climb-in tub.

Wonderful pillowy bed-nothing better.
No coffee maker.

Deluxe hotel. Rooms extra quiet for middle of city. Pillowy mattress was divine. Lack of coffee maker, even after asking. Overall comfortable and quiet. Separate shower and bathtub in spaciuos bathroom.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I especially liked the helpful and friendly staff and could find no fault with the room or the service.
