The staff were so accommodating, kind, helpful, and quick. They really make the customers feel special.

Right in the middle of everything that you want to see in Sydney, this hotel is a must stay for the tourist and business traveler alike. Taxis are available at a moment's notice and the Circular Quay (pronounced Key) bus is right outside the front door so getting to and from the airport is quick and effortless. There is an early arrivals lounge for people to shower/freshen up/check email/watch tv in until the room is ready. It is well appointed and very clean. I was very impressed since I have never seen one in all the countries/hotels I have visited. The doormen are professional and helpful, the management is conscientious, the restaurant (even though it's pricey) had delicious food - everything is excellent. I would not choose any place else but this hotel! read more

Unexpected charges for phone while calling an aus number from the hotel room.

Overall, this hotel was a great stay and a great value for what
I paid. It was located in a convenient location close to/in downtown Sydney. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable.

GREAT location.
The mattress was a bit hard for my liking.

Great hotel overall. Amazing location. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. I had a perfect view of the Harbor Bridge from my room.

Close to Circular Quay and excellent concierge services.
Room was smaller than expected.

Good hotel for families, but not at all romantic or luxury chic. All amenities are of good quality, clean and what you would expect from a top end Marriott and more for business travelers. The location is great-- close to the Circular Quay and plenty of restaurants, cafes within a 10 minute walk. Also very easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The concierge services were top notch. read more
