Rooms were large and comfortable.
Service of rooms was not always good. Staff members were not friendly or helpful.

Nice lobby and reception area. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice window but replacement of tea, coffee, sheets, etc. was not always done. Staff members were less than helpful.

Close to Circular Quay and excellent concierge services.
Room was smaller than expected.

Good hotel for families, but not at all romantic or luxury chic. All amenities are of good quality, clean and what you would expect from a top end Marriott and more for business travelers. The location is great-- close to the Circular Quay and plenty of restaurants, cafes within a 10 minute walk. Also very easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The concierge services were top notch. read more

Close to the opera house and to the rocks markets.
Pay for internet.

We loved this hotel! It was exactly what we were looking for, our view of the Sydney harbor bridge was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating!
