Rooftop pool overlooking Hyde park, staff was excellent.
Hot tub was cold and phone for assistance broken, no towels left on rooftop for shower.

Overall this was a great hotel. Stayed in room which overlooked Hyde park and downtown Sydney. Only downfall was that the hot tub was cold and the phone for assistance on the rooftop was broken. Also, no towels were left on rooftop for showers. The staff was excellent as we needed directions everyday. They also assisted us when my husband lost his jacket on the shuttle over from the airport. All minor things, overall great hotel- what you would expect from a Marriott. read more

The view of the city/harbor from the 15th floor was beautiful.
1 of the 3 elevators was broken.

This hotel has great rooms; we had a couch, coffee table, TV, small refridgerator, microwave, toaster, hot water warmer, hot plate, iron, hair dryer and comfortable bed. The bathroom had a huge tub.

Loved the location next to Hyde Park.
AC did not work in our room and we had to move rooms the last night.

This was a nice hotel and we were happy with it. The AC did not work in our room and maintenance came to look at it but determined they could not fix it. Our option was to stay and sweat it out or move rooms. We had to pack up all our stuff and move to a different floor which was a big hassle but we did not fault the hotel for that.
