We liked the moderness to the design of each room and general areas as well as the convenience to shopping
We didn't like the room we had in distance to the parking garage and outside access.
Overall this was a good hotel to stay in if you are interested in shopping (on-site basement level), everything else as far as site seeing, we had to take a trolly or train. Everything was kept very clean and tidy and the staff was helpful for directions.

Staff was very friendly, but should of warned about construction and rowdy neighbors.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable.
You could hear lots of noise (like a person coughing in the next room).
This hotel was great for the price paid. It was very clean and rooms large. A typical Marriott property with high standards.

Good sized room with great beds.
A four star hotel should have a good pool facility, this one did not!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean.
No swimming pool.
Super short stay hotel especially if you use public transportation to/from airport.

The location for the hotel is very good, by the subway, and in the upscale part of town. In the heart of downtown.
The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, small lobby area, not enough seating space in the lobby.
The hotel is nice, and clean. It is in a very good location. It doesn't have a swimming pool, and the seating area in the lobby is very limited (they have free wireless internet in the lobby, you have to pay for inernet in room).

There was no pool for our students.
We were told we were connected to the Eaton Center from the hotel staff and really it was a connected to the subway that had to be taken to the Eaton center. Also we were told we can swim at the Marriott at the Eaton center with our students and that was a half our away. This was very disappointing for our special needs students who were looking forward to swimming at the hotel. It just does not make sense to travel a half our to go swimming at another hotel. Also we had to pay for 3 taxi's to get to the Eaton center to go shopping and that was an extra cost we had not planned for as we were told we were connected to the Eaton center. There were 15 very disappointed special needs students. read more

Above subway, no need to take taxis and you can leave hotel ride subway and transfer directly to airport via 192 airport rocket
bus for $2.75.
Bed pillows are way to thick.
Overall very pleased.
