Location.
Front desk personnel gave us misinformation about parade and the time we had to leave hotel. We therefore cut our trip short and it made for a am rush.
Good location, nicely appointed, disappointed at our unnecessary hasty departure due to misinformation received from the front desk personnel on staff.

Great location.
Not up to standard of 4 star.
Great location. Rooms good, would like small fridge in room. Not as clean as most 4 stars. Staff often talking amongst themselves not as attentive as most 4 stars.

Good location, right downtown. Connected to shopping mall.
Free wireless in lobby only, poor network connection. Loud, very thin walls.

Cleanliness, decor and ambiance.
Location.
This hotel was perfect, the atmosphere and the decor were both extremely nice. I didn't like the location for where I was attempting to go. But the actual location is very central to many things in Toronto. I was extremely pleased with the staff and they were helpful and hospitable. I especially liked the roominess found in my room, it was larger than most, and very comfortable for both me and my significant other. read more

Just the get away we needed in a location we enjoyed.
Nothing of significant importance.

The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and parking was a good price.
There was no fridge in the bedroom, staff knocked on the door at 9:00 am for no reason, there was a massive hair ball on the bed when we got in.
Good for a short visit if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel, the bed was really comfortable and if you were interested you could purchase almost anything in the room. The staff were really helpful and the parking lot was convenient.

The pillow top beds were amazing! Like sleeping on a cloud.
Great stay - clean, comfortable, large room. And a friendly staff: Had a great karaoke recommendation from Ralph in the dining room which ended up being the highlight of the trip!

Comfortable. Great atmosphere. Central location.
Expensive parking. Few basic services/items not included in room.
I was impressed with the decor, staff friendliness and comfort of the room. The location is central to having a night in town, as well as great shopping. Things that would have made it better would be to have free wireless capability in the room, as well as a mini fridge and microwave for browse eaters that tend to take lunch and dinner home in boxes.
