Great beds.
Noisiness.

We were assigned a room near the pool which has hours until 11:00 at night, so lots of noisy traffic. Could hear feet activity from the floor above us. We weren't prepared for the family noise.

Bed was comfortable and TV picture was good.
Fruit flies and response.

Hotel management should have decided to either immediately relocate my room or tell me that they could resolve the fly problem. In two attempts they were unable to eliminate the flies. Parking at the hotel was poor. The hotel has certain floors allocated to businesses leasing space. Close up parking was reserved for building tenants versus hotel guests. Parking resulted in long walks in rainy weather. read more

The rooms were nice.
There were drunk people fighting in the hallway at 2 in the morning.

It was great. Very nice facilities. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful property easy access to highway and stores.

The lobby and decor was lovely there were several functions going on at the hotel but never had to wait long for the elevator, the staff was very friendly helpful with directions.

Location and in a good area of Tulsa.
The public areas were not that clean, also in need of a remodel.

Okay for the business traveler. Not what I would rate as a good weekend get away with my wife.
