Location is great and convenient. The beddings are very comfortable and clean.
The room that I bid for only came with queen bed. I had to pay extra for upgrade to king bed. DSL is not free.

This Marriott is moderately updated. Upgrade to a suite if you can
because that's a lot nicer. I love the crisp clean bedding. The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but clean overall. They provide bottled water and fresh fruits at the front desk which is nice.

Nothing.
I got notices for parking fee even though I registered paid fee to hotel.

Does not have their own parking space. Also does not manage parking with Imperial parking to validate customers cars. Marriott billed me parking and Imperial parking sent notice to pay parking fee and overdue charges. When I called front desk they are saying it is very with them. So not only me but also suffered by this. so I definitely recommend this hotel if you need parking also. read more

Good location next to mall, the hotel had clean room.
Surprisingly small room, and the $1.50 charge for local phone calls, and in addition $12 parking excluding taxes.

Great bed, lovely room, beautiful view.
There was no room service menu and they didn't seem to care.

The hotel is very nice, convenient to the airport, convenient to the light rail to go to Vancouver downtown right next to a huge mall with everything you might need. Small but adequate business center. Clean and well maintained.

Excellent location.
Nasty smell in room.

This is a very nice hotel, well-located and with pleasant public areas and helpful staff. The room itself was attractively furnished and well-kept, and cleaning staff was excellent. Unfortunately, the one huge drawback for me was a very unpleasant odor, in the past, I would attribute this odor to a combination of old cigarette smoke, carpets were dirty from too many sweaty feet, and too much air-freshener used to cover it up. Now that hotels are non-smoking, I'm not entirely sure but the odor was enough to make me reluctant to open the door every time I returned to the room. Too bad! read more

The lobby was beautiful.
The hotel staff was less than accomodating until they learned we were prestige members; also, wasn't impressed with the concierge.

noisy hotel elevator

were happy that they were able to upgrade us to a suite for $ 10 but very unhappy with the fact that the elevator noise kept us awake all night.

Typical Marriott.
Pillows were a bit too firm.

Great hotel convenient to YVR. I hate paying for internet and that may well sway my decision to stay at this hotel in the future vs. other area offerings that offer complimentary internet.
