The pool, spa, sauna, steam room, bathroom, view, staff, toiletries, service, location, EVERYTHING!
The beds were terrible! Very hard, small doubles.
Wonderful location! We went for my 35th birthday and they gave us an upgrade to the 27th floor which had great views of the harbor. The accommodated our early arrival and responded quickly when we requested extra towels and toiletries. The pool location was awesome with a pool, steam, sauna, and spa!

The room was fantastic, the view was incredible.
Loved the hotel, the staff, the room. Wow this hotel far surpassed our expectations. Front line staff excellent, and extremely helpful.

Friendly and private.
The entrance is difficult to find.
I really enjoyed my time; my room was perfect, bed was great, TV was excellent, view was awesome. I used the gym and thought that the facilities were perfect for a guest experience.

It was a nice hotel with good staff, but just not up to four stars in my book.
The room was very banal with very institutional furniture. The room was small and the bed only a queen and it still overfilled the small room.
I am in a wheelchair and was very confined in this room. The TV was not up to 4 star standards. The fixtures and amenities seemed to all work fine. The bed linens were lovely but the towels were not as good as one would hope. And to topping on the cake is that the room was next to the ice-maker and it was in need of repair and was very noisy.

Very accumulating. Very clean. Very close to the heart of Vancouver.
Views are not great, just basic downtown buildings and streets, especially from the lower floors.
I've been here twice now and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vancouver for any reason. My wife and I traveled with our 1yo and found the 1bed room to have plenty of room for ourselves to relax and our toddler to run around (and the room was sparkling clean so we weren't sketched out about having our child on the floors). The staff even provided us with a crib at no additional charge. read more
