Great room, easy checking in and checking out
WiFi is too expensive in the room

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and I'd go back anytime. Hopefully next time I'll have more time to enjoy.

The coffee in room was terrible!

I would very much love to stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

Generally courteous, helpful attitude of the staff.
Small lobby.

This was our fourth stay at the Pinnacle. All have been satisfactory. The rooms have been fine and the staff do a fine job. I wouldn't rate it as a 4-star hotel in comparison with the Vancouver Westin, Four Seasons or Fairmount but it's still very nice.

Rooms were quiet, cool and the view was fabulous staff friendly.
Parking was really expensive and tight spaces beds a bit hard.

Great location downtown, fabulous view of the Harbor, sea planes landing and cruise ship coming in. Room was very clean and quiet. Typical friendly Marriott staff. Air conditioning was very good, beds were a bit hard for our taste. Parking, Internet service even local calls were all expensive (but then all of Vancouver is expensive.) As we were leaving our car to check in an undercover police officer warned us not to leave anything in the car as they were having problems so that was nice and we retrieved our passports from the glove box. I didn't feel the neighborhood was at all unsafe so this was probably an isolated problem. Great place to stay would do it again. read more

It was a great location. Easy access to the cruise terminal. Many activities close by.
There was nothing that I disliked.

Very comfortable, the bedding was wonderful.
Concierge evening appetizers were generally lousy.

Would highly recommend it. Close to everything downtown. Nice fitness area, lap pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna. Can even select the time to have your room cleaned. Be aware that price does NOT include parking, breakfast, Internet usage, any phone calls. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was so comfortable.
The heating system was a bit too strong.

My elderly mother and I were only there for one night, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room we were assigned even had a partial water view. From the friendly staff, to the clean up- to- date bathroom, everything was perfect. Our one complaint was that the thermostat was a little difficult to control the heat.
