It's a nice hotel and the location is good.
I did not get the bed type I requested and my friend had to sleep on the floor.

Small lobby, pool water too cold, expensive parking.

Hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Stanley Park, Robson Street and Gas town. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room to a suite for free when they didn't have 2 bed room that we had requested. Down side parking cost extra $23. The hotel room and lobby could have been more spacious.

Great location, good restaurant and very comfortable rooms, especially the beds.
There was nothing not to like.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. A wonderful time was had by all. There were 8 in our party and there was not one complaint.

Great location, consistent Marriott quality, above average staff re. Friendliness and helpfulness.
What's not to like?

This is the second time we have stayed here as a group and the hotel and staff did not disappoint. The pool facilities are great with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and swimming pool - very relaxing. The rooms are spacious with nice downtown views. Convenient location in walking distance to the shopping/restaurant areas and just a few blocks from the sky train.

The Marriott Pinnacle in Vancouver, BC is a great place to get away. You'll find this hotel in a very convenient location - near businesses, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated and a comfortable size. The hotel is right across the street from the water and on the edge of downtown. As a result, most rooms, especially those higher up, have good to fantastic views! read more
