It was spotless, warm and inviting, all staffs were friendly and very helpful!
The room was a bit on the warm side.
This hotel is warm and inviting. We found it exceptionally clean. The room we had was small. All hotel staffs were friendly and very helpful. The cost was very reasonable!

This is a great hotel, staff, restaurant, and location. We'll be back!!
Heating was on the cool side and controls were difficult to figure out.
This is a quality hotel worth staying at. They treat patrons with utmost care and have great information about the city. Definitely a place we'll come back to stay at!

This property met our every need!
We checked in mid evening, I did not like my 1st room and was moved that evening to another room. The next morning I told the desk I was not pleased with the 2nd room and they willingly moved us to the 3rd room which was perfect. View of the harbor and the space needle to boot. This was/is a wonderful property that served the best fresh halibut my wife and I have ever tasted. Great concierge service too and the front desk people could not have been nicer. Beware of the gift shop; delightful jewelry and amazing glass objects, it was well worth it. My gifted glass paper weight and my wife's gifted necklace and earrings are reminders of a wonderful visit. read more

The view from our room was beautiful, the linens the added touch of the wonderful robes and the cleanliness was great.
The food in the dinning room was not great.
A great place to stay very close to the Empress and all the sights of downtown.
