Excellent hotel as advertised. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was above average in size. Staff were always helpful. Restaurant was excellent although menu had limited selection. Restaurant meals averaged $15 CDN per entry.

A very nice hotel, beautifully appointed, great view and convenient to downtown attractions. Most of comfortable nights sleep we had on our vacation.

This is our favorite hotel for Victoria, B.C. It exceeds all our standards and the employees know their jobs and execute them with speed and eloquence. They make the stay memorable.

Beautiful room.
Checked in late, there was no parking in the garage. Had to walk back to desk and was ok'd to park in valet. As a courtesy suggest no charge.
