Comfy room with refrigerator.
Even the upper floors had quite a bit of street noise.

The lobby was open to air and lush with orchids and tropical greenery.
Stay,
stay at the Marriott Waikiki! The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located at the centre of the beach and has great shopping within the hotel property, itself.

We were really happy with our hotel room. Based on the price we got, it far exceeded our expectations.
The hotel staff were okay, but not the most friendly. The hotel lobby was not as nice in comparison to the room itself.

Great location and clean.
The music from the pool area every night was loud and made it hard to get to sleep.

Was comfortable and well priced for locality to beach.
Rooms were quite small.
Although the rooms were small they were comfortable, clean and had a balcony. Pools were quite small too but with the beach right out the front door there is no need for pool in Waikiki. So I highly recommend this hotel through Priceline.

Got a great rate for a hotel across from the beach.
Our room was not what I expected.
I got a great rate from Priceline for a night. I got a room that was smaller then any Marriott's I stayed before that included Marriott Courtyards, etc. They told us our bed was a queen but it must have been a double since it was smaller then our queen at home. Our view faced directly into the parking lot on our low floor, so we never used the balcony, and our bathroom had that wet mildew smell with no fan. Bad HD for TV connecting. We didn't complain because I guess that's what we get for such a cheap rate. But I wouldn't consider it a resort. Nice that we had a fridge. The restaurant we tried was very good, the pools were fine, and the staff was friendly, but the room was a big factor although people say you don't spend time in the room in our overall experience because we weren't expecting that from a resort hotel and when comparing to other Marriotts we stayed in. read more

Good location, lobby and public spaces very good.
Very good hotel, many elevators and that is good. Very good the idea of having a special entrance for the shuttles and buses. Liked the activities scheduled daily in the lobby.

Good location with many conveniences nearby, i.e. local restaurants, stores, banyan parking lot, etc.
Paying for internet at a daily rate when I didn't use it.
Nice and friendly staff. Clean, well kept, great location.

Beautiful view.
The rooms were dated and very noisy. The beach access was not to a very nice part of Waikiki beach.
I think the hotel should be moved down to a 3 star.
