Great room, great location, great staff.

We arrived late and the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and well appointed. Self parking was easy and convenient. I would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable.
Hotel room furniture needed some upgrades.

My room had a nice flat screen TV. The room was quiet and very comfortable. It had the things that are most important for a night at a hotel.

The TV had poor reception, I reported it twice. No change at check out.

The room was very nice and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable.
I was dreading the parking situation but it was not a problem however if the hotel was full the lot will not accommodate all guests.

Overall the hotel is very nice. My only concern is potential parking problems should I stay here in the future.

quiet room.
Very noisy lobby with loud, live band; labyrinth-like parking garage.

The poor young clerk looked like she wanted to scream or quit. The band was only about 25 feet from her location, so there was nothing she could do. The hotel parking garage had several floors, no marked door or directions on how to get up to the lobby. The stairs I used brought me out into a catering kitchen apparently, and ended up behind the noisy band, which I had to walk around to get to the front desk. read more
