This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. It is in the heart of a shopping area and very convenient to find. Room was spacious and very clean.

Starting to show its age. Room was not up to 3 star level.

This is becoming an older hotel and the age is starting to show. I have stayed in a number of hotels in the West Des Moines/Clive area that are newer and/or nicer than the Marriott.

Parking lot has lots of curb which is unnecessary.

The room was especially clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice night light in the bathroom.
No tea bags in the rooms (I don't drink coffee), although the room staff gave us some. Couldn't watch the Iowa-Michigan game -- no BTN.

We've stayed here a few times before and have always been well pleased. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean.

We love to stay at this hotel whenever we visit West Des Moines. It's everything you could ask for and more in a hotel.
