Good location, nice view, welcoming lobby.
No Internet access unless you pay - unbelievable!
Very pleased until I found a used wash cloth on the shower rail and only 1 clean towel in the room. Made me worry if towels were used and hung back up. Internet access is only available for a price, I was disappointed such a nice hotel would charge extra for internet.

Anything and everything I needed, was taken care of with a smile.
Can't find a bad thing to say.
From the moment I was picked up at the airport it was a wonderful experience! The staff, from drivers to the housekeeping were all so friendly and welcoming. Not to mention efficient! I had a great experience and will definitely stay there again!

The entire staff was attentive and friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping.
The faucet in the bathroom sink ran hot water only -- scalding hot.
Clean, sleek and comfortable, with a staff that is courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend!

and bed linens.
There was no continental breakfast!
The beds were really comfortable, we slept great! Though it was disappointing to learn in the morning that there was no continental breakfast. You would think for the quality there would be some kind of breakfast included. I have stayed at hotels that were no where near as nice as this one, and still received breakfast. That is my only complaint, other than that I really enjoyed staying here. read more

Convenient location to airport.
It took two trips to the front desk, four phone calls and eighteen hours to get a hair dryer. Not enough towels at the pool.
