Close to Busch gardens, Jamestown, and Colonial Williamsburg.
One of the elevators was out of commission.
Clean room, comfortable bed and came with a mini refrigerator. The hotel has an indoor pool, game room and pool table. Within walking distances to nearby restaurants. Great location, close to Busch Gardens, Jamestown, and Colonial Williamsburg.

Impressive lobby, modern bathrooms, outstanding bedding, great location!
The hallway is too warm and needs new carpet
This hotel is great! I'm not sure why the star level is only a 3... The lobby is gorgeous, the service is great, the room was cozy and had the best bedding ever, and the bathrooms were modern and very clean. I will stay here again the next time I go to Williamsburg. Perfect location for Busch Gardens!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They easily met my expectations of a much higher rated hotel.
The bathrooms are rather small, particularly for a family.
My family had a mixed review of our stay, not because of the hotel and its staff, but rather because we were lucky enough to visit the same weekend as a rowdy wedding party. I'm not sure how my two young daughters slept through it, but we were lucky enough to hear everything in the adjoining room containing young, inconsiderate, and loud men through the connecting door as well as in the hallway in the early am. After bearing through it the first night from 2 am to well after 4 am, we had to call the front desk the second night. To the hotel's credit, security arrived almost immediately. On a happier note, the staff was tremendous. Each member of the hotel was friendly and courteous. We were given a larger room for our 4 member family on check in, provided friendly and good dining advice, and were greeted with a smile by everyone we came across. Combined with the great location, I'd readily return for another visit. I'd just hope to not be placed adjacent a connecting room full of rude party goers. Can't say I'd hesitate to call the desk again. read more

Noisy air conditioning, expensive internet.
Can't stay here without a car. Pool was closed. Nice room, bath, bedding. Plenty of parking with easy access to rooms.

Time to replace carpets in the hallways.
