Very friendly staff and great location.
This hotel was well worth the money. The facilities were great, the staff was even better, and the location was perfect.

It was elegant, the staff was awesome and it was centrally located.
I would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody. You walk one block down and you can view the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes and you can see the Champs d'Elysee. Just awesome

The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and courteous.
Nothing.
This hotel has a relatively spacious room by Paris/European standards. The bathroom was also spacious and included a tub/shower. The staff was phenomenal, helpful, professional, and very friendly. The public areas are beautiful and comfortable.

It was in a great location, comfortable and clean. I felt safe.
Not enough desk staff. I often had to wait for a simple answer.
Beautiful hotel. My room was spacious and clean and loved the bath products. I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was near the Eiffel Tower yet in a quiet neighborhood.

I liked the lobby.
The beds were very hard and the pillow was very small and thin.
My first impression walking into the front desk and lobby was that it looked upscale and clean. The rooms however did not reflect the initial impression. It was clean and I was appreciative of that. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the wall are very thin as my husband and I could hear people next to us. In my opinion it was not a 4 star hotel. But overall my stay was nice but I probably would stay somewhere else next time in Paris. read more
