Availability of computers in lobby; proximity to airport and free shuttle service.
The size of the bed covers - too small for 2 people.

The hotel is easily accessable either by car or via shuttle from Tegel Airport. It is very clean, the restaurant has a good menu at very reasonable prices, and for early travelers (between 4 and 5 a.m.) coffee and croissants are available in the lobby at no cost. The shuttle service to the airport starts early to accommodate travelers. The personnel is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have a built-in safe. Bathroom was small but still adequate. We will be looking for other Mercure Hotels where we travel. read more

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. The staff was extremely pleasant.

A good night sleep.
It was difficult to get to from the highway. More signs would help.

The accommodations were very clean and the staff was
very friendly. Very quiet and restful. The food served in the restaurant was above standard. The internet service provided for guests without a laptop was too expensive. We had found cafes in the city for a fraction of the cost.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was prompt and efficient. The room was clean but the comforter on the bed was too small for the bed. The shuttle was the best thing about this hotel.

Great Hotel for people who want to be close to Tegel Airport.Not so great for people wanting to be in the heart of Berlin (west).
