The staff was great. Very polite and nice. The hotel was clean and it was located in a great location in Ginza.
I just did not feel that it was a 4 star hotel (compared to other 4 star hotels that I have stayed at.

Stylish, beautiful and
clean.
There was only one computer for intenet use and it was in the lobby.

This hotel was centrally located - and the best of our entire stay in Japan. The rooms were beautiful and hotel staff was extremely helpful.

Receptionist recommended taking a cab to TCAT to catch the Airport Limousine, rather than taking a taxi to one of the hotels where the limousine stops.
Somewhat hard to find. Taxi driver had a hard time finding it.

The rooms are a bit small, but the restaurant is great and the price is reasonable.
