Clean, nice, friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel went beyond meeting our expectations. The location was excellent (near parks, near shopping centers, near business centers, etc). The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and also helpful.

Small loveseat separate from bed to watch television.
Front desk personnel were somewhat cold.

Nice place for a quick overnight stay. Easy access to food/shopping/entertainment in Zona Rosa. Also, very easy access to Metro and Metro Buses for people comfortable using public transportation in Mexico City.
