Great location, near museums, restaurants, shopping, business and the metro.
No pool.

Great location, easy to get to everything. Easy access to taxi and metro which made touring a breeze. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and small. The bed is comfortable, but key is small. Cozy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good, the view fantastic.

The amenities were great.
Make sure all equipment works (ice machine broken).

I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. At times the front desk was understaffed but I really liked that they offered baggage storage, umbrellas, etc. And even though their ice machine was broken, they offered a solution.

Rooms too narrow.

Rooms are rather narrow in this, otherwise, fantastically located hotel with a lovely view of main square and palace. Staff was helpful. Needed more computers in the free internet center.

The location is unbeatable - in front of the cathedral and metro.

The Restaurant has a great view of the Zocalo!
The hotel needs more computers. The computers were always busy.

The overall experience at the hotel was great. There's a great view of Downtown from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Great overall experience.

No shuttle to airport.

You can't beat this location. Drop your stuff off and go see the sites.

It is located in the very historic downtown. The building in beautiful. The employees are very kind. The restaurant has a very beautiful view.
I could never have access to the internet in my lap top.

Good hotel, not too expensive, with a good location, in the heart of the historic downtown. I only would like that they can fix the problem with the internet in the rooms; or at least add one more computer in the first floor so the guests can check their e-mails. They only have two for all the guests in the first floor. Other than that, the service is really good.

Great staff, rooms were decorated with talavera pottery, overlooks the main square.
