Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The airport shuttle was convenient.

We were only here for one night, got in late, had a quick dinner and then up early for a flight home - but everything was great. The staff was friendly, the shuttle was convenient, the buffet was nice. We had a problem with the television and they came up right away to take care of it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had no negatives; thoroughly enjoyed the place.

For any traveler wanting to be near the Mexico City airport, this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Hotel staff is at the airport, carrying hotel sign, making it easy to get to the shuttle which operates round the clock. The hotel is most attractive, comfortable, and even luxurious. Great restaurant. Great stay. Loved it and would definitely go back. (I was surprised to like it so much - I mean, a Holiday Inn when you're in Mexico?). read more

Clean, comfortable and attractive rooms.
The restaurant buffet was terrible, I should have gone out to eat.

Overall a good hotel not to far from the airport, with free shuttle service.

Hotel service is not as expected.

Hotel receptionist need more training, they give me four different key, because every time they issue a key, (1) room was duty, (2) people still in room ready leave, (3) room was occupied for some one that took an extra night, (4) four time it was the room assigned to me.
