A beautiful hotel located in a sixteenth century building placed in front of Morelias Cathedral considered the most spectacular building in town. The former property of the Count of Pereda; today the hotel combines historic qualities with the comfort of the 21 century. Located on the main avenue of the cultural area of Morelia the hotel provides a classic environment with elegant furniture and majestic views. Just a few steps away from the main square; banks; museums; theaters; restaurants; coffee shops and all kind of shopping facilities. One of the best spectacles to admire is the Saturdays lights; fireworks and music show at the cathedral. Additional information; Children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Hotel Catedral is well situated in the heart of Morelia, just across the Catedral and much to do. We were able to do much around downtown Morelia from herre. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful.
