I have tried to write and call in our complaint to no avail. Our room was dirty we request it to be cleaned but were told that would be as good as it gets! 8 hours after checking in we requested to cancel the next day, but were told we could not have a refund! That it was too bad we were not happy. I speak fluent Spanish they did not know this until I answered their off handed remarks in Spanish. We requested a receipt to prove we stayed one night not two they refused until I explained, in Spanish that it would be into here best interest I receive one. We move over to Hotel Mirage and spent a pleasant evening there. Mean while we would like a refund for our second night in Holiday Inn in La Piedad, Mexico. read more

The hotel is very convenient to the area and the highways. Very quiet. Food and staff were excellent.
