Clean, modern decor in the room.
Extremely noisy Saturday night.

This hotel was quite inexpensive, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the room - very clean, modern, European feel. However, apparently on Saturday evenings the thing to do is to drive up and down the Malecon honking your horn, blaring your sound system, screaming to your friends, etc. In addition, we didn't realize that our 3rd floor room was right below the hotel's bar/restaurant, which played music with a bass that vibrated our walls till early morning. I wouldn't stay there again on a weekend, but it might be OK during the week. Too bad - it's a great value otherwise. read more

Great location, very clean and stylish rooms, would definitely go back.
Jacuzzi was not available most days.

The seven crown is ideally located on the heart of the malison. Our balcony overlooked the bay of la past even though it was just a standard room. Rooms were adequately sized with stylish furnishings and a lovely but simple bathroom. The pictures of this hotel do not do it justice. It is very modern and stylish and very clean, with helpful service in English, if necessary. I would recommend a hundred times over in comparison to all the faux-tropical resorts and hotels in the region. read more
