The hotel was in a peaceful, quiet setting.
Difficult to hear others on the in room phones.
The hotel was very nice and we even extended our stay by two additional days. When we walked into the lobby I thought we were in Spain and not in Mexico. The old style Hacienda Spanish Architecture is prevalent everywhere and there are beautiful oil paintings in the lobby that rival those in the Louver. The beds were very comfortable and there was remote control air-conditioning units in each room. The meals were very delicious and the menus were available in English and in Spanish. We even invited some friends to join us for a dinner party at the restaurant and they were able to accommodate all 20 of us without any problem. The Hotel has a beautiful pool that was warm enough to swim in. There is a playground for the children, horseback riding, miniature golf, ping pong, tennis and romantic walkways by flowing fountains. We would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to all. read more

It is a nice beautiful Hacienda.
Noisy people arriving late night, bothering the rest of the guests.
Wonderful place to spend vacation days, and also a place to have working meetings and/or conventions.

Location.
Room layout, restaurant, and price.
The hotel restaurant is poor, food quality and service. Room layout and bathroom distribution not practical. No internet in the rooms, TVs are old not functional.
